Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to support a major transformation initiative within Technical Service delivery for our client. The role focuses on driving business readiness, user adoption, and value realization as part of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementation across multiple markets. You will play a key role in ensuring successful organizational change by engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and supporting the transition to new CRM and Customer Service processes. This is a hands-on development role with strong engineering excellence, reusable components, automated testing, and cross-team enablement. Main Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain reusable platform and UI framework components, leveraging React Aria for accessibility-first component behavior.
