Senior Network Solution Architect The Senior Network Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering a secure, stable, and high-performance network solution as part of the sector transfer initiative. The role requires deep technical expertise, full autonomy, and the ability to operate in a complex, safety-critical environment. The consultant must be 100% self-driven, able to manage stakeholders independently, and ensure end-to-end architectural ownership of the network connectivity solution.Main Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the network connection. Develop high-level and low-level network designs, documentation, and solution descriptions. Ensure compliance with infrastructure, security, and operational standards. Collaborate closely with technical teams to align requirements, constraints, and timelines. Conduct impact assessments, risk evaluations, and propose mitigation strategies. Oversee configuration, integration, and validation of network components. Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and handover to operational teams. Act as the primary technical authority for all network-related decisions within the project. Must-Have Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco SDA (Software Defined Access) — architecture, design, deployment, and troubleshooting. Proven experience working with affiliated stakeholders — understanding of their infrastructure, governance, and operational models. Strong background in large-scale network architecture, including routing, switching, segmentation, and security. Deep knowledge of enterprise network standards, compliance, and critical infrastructure requirements. Ability to work fully independently and drive complex technical deliveries without supervision. Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with network solutions in regulated or safety-critical environments. Knowledge of cross-organisation connectivity, sector transfers, or infrastructure separation projects. Familiarity with automation, orchestration, and network policy frameworks. The consultant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and ad hoc projects related to Identity and Access Management (IAM). This position focuses on stabilizing resources for operational execution in alignment with strategic roadmaps. Main Responsibilities Support IAM daily operations through execution and project involvement. Execute and support Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes. Handle IAM-related ServiceNow requests and incidents (access, entitlements, role corrections). Support daily access and entitlement handling based on defined processes and runbooks. Coordinate operational tasks with User Administration and Service Desk. Prepare factual input and evidence for security and audit activities. Support cleanup of excess, obsolete, or misaligned access. Execute remediation tasks defined by IAM Governance or Security. Follow defined IAM processes and escalate design, policy, or risk questions accordingly. Contribute to reducing manual workarounds and recurring IAM incidents. Support backlog reduction through structured execution. Key Requirements Strong hands-on experience with IAM operations. Solid understanding of Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes. Knowledge of Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and Privileged Access Management (PAM/PIM). Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Workflows. Familiarity with Microsoft Logic Apps and Active Directory. Experience with ServiceNow for access requests and incidents. Strong data analysis skills, particularly with Excel / CSV at an operational level. Nice to Have Experience from regulated environments (finance, insurance). Familiarity with IAM cleanup and stabilization after go-live. Experience working with large IAM backlogs and legacy access models. On behalf of a client in the energy industry, we are looking for a Programme Manager to lead a complex datacenter and infrastructure migration from planning through cutover and transition to operations. Main Responsibilities • Lead the datacenter migration across multiple technical workstreams, project teams and stakeholders • Plan and oversee the infrastructure migration and cutover, with focus on security, technical dependencies and minimal downtime • Manage programme budget, timeline, deliverables, risks and coordination across teams and suppliers • Coordinate technical and business stakeholders and translate technical dependencies and issues into business impact • Manage organisational and user change and track expected business benefits through to handover after go-live Key Requirements • Documented experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager on datacenter projects • Proven experience leading complex infrastructure migrations from analysis through cutover and transition to operations • Strong understanding of on-premise Active Directory, including structures, trusts and GPOs, as well as Microsoft 365, tenant-to-tenant migrations and Azure workloads • Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, system integrations and technical dependencies • Experience managing multiple teams, stakeholders and suppliers, including responsibility for budget, timelines and delivery • Practical experience with change management and benefits realisation, including business cases, baselines and measurable KPIs • Experience with both traditional and Agile delivery methods • PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management methodology/certification • Professional Danish and English Other Details Assignment duration: ASAP to 31 December 2028 Location: Greater Copenhagen, primarily onsite - up to 4 days per week Security: The consultant must be able to undergo security clearance
