Job Description Senior Project Manager for Cross Pharma What you will do As a Senior Project Manager for Pharma, you will be key responsible for orchestrating the cross-pharma collaboration. You will serve as a key coordinator of cross-company decision makers, domain specialists, and technology resources to ensure cross-company delivery on our joint ambition. Key responsibilities: • Own alliance execution and delivery management: Ongoingly translate collaboration goals and priorities into efficient cross-pharma workstreams. Ensure ongoing execution, tracking, and accountability. Ensure decentralized delivery teams remain synchronized and progressing toward ambitious joint goals. • Orchestrate OSB alliance ways of working & governance: Plan, prepare, and run executive steering and working groups; set optimal cadences and participation; ensure efficient ways of working through well-facilitated working sessions and effective follow-up; and ensure targeted engagement of domain experts and tech teams. • Drive transparency and decision making: Prepare compelling, structured, and impactful presentations that support alignment, decision-making, and transparency across stakeholders. • Continuously adjust and mature the project organization and operating model: Involve cross-pharma ways of working into a high-performing project organization that supports efficient coordination and delivery on joint goals, including ambitious expansion goals. • Fuel collaboration, trust and positive energy: Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset—aligning partners, keeping the collaboration spirit strong, and ensuring delivery never slips. Must-have skills - At least 8 years of project management experience, ideally in technology and/or management consulting. - Demonstrated experience leading technology and data transformation projects, preferably in a pharma context with a clinical domain focus. - Strong project management and communication skills—proven ability to deliver tangible business outcomes and results within ambitious timelines, including the ability to create momentum in the short term while building sustainable long-term progress. - Experience collaborating successfully across many stakeholders, including different functions, locations, and organizational levels, up to senior management including cross-company collaboration. - Pharma experience Start: 1st of June 2026 End: May 2027 Location: Greater Copenhagen Area Onsite/remote: min. 3 days onsite per week

emagine are currently looking for a Principal Architect for one of our clients within cybersecurity. Among other things, you’ll be in charge of building the architectural and engineering spine that carries the company through further growth. You’ll be part of an engineering team with 40 team members with a technical strong foundation. You will work in close partnership with the Head of Product Architecture to shape architecture across the company. You will work closest to the engineering system, platform architecture, core patterns etc. Ongoing responsibilities Set and maintain architectural direction across the product portfolio, keeping the on-prem core and the SaaS control plane evolving as one coherent platform. Partner directly with the engineering managers of both delivery teams, aligning architectural direction with their execution plans and resolving cross-team technical trade-offs as they surface. Partner with the Head of Product Architecture to translate product direction into engineering designs that are ambitious on capability and conservative on complexity. Coach and mentor engineers across both teams, raising the architectural bar of the whole organization through written artefacts, pair sessions, and code review. Run technical due diligence on tools, frameworks, and platforms, with a bias toward fewer moving parts. Direct fast proofs-of-concept for new cloud, data, and AI technologies before the organization commits serious capacity. Represent the client in technical conversations with customers, partners, and in diligence contexts. Who we are looking for 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years at Principal, Staff, or Chief Architect level, or equivalent CTO-level seniority in a product company. A senior technical architect with deep experience in growing product companies. You have seen what happens when a company scales from small to mid-sized, and you know where the inflection points are. Hands-on track record of making pragmatic platform decisions under commercial pressure, including choosing what to formalize now and what to leave loose. Working fluency with AI coding agents in production engineering and a considered view of where agentic engineering is heading, without treating AI as the answer to every question. Experience with coaching of strong engineers through technical and cultural change, building capability rather than dependency. Exposure to technical diligence, whether on the buyer side, the seller side, or as the internal technical lead answering diligence questions. Cybersecurity product exposure is a plus; sharp intellectual curiosity about the domain is essential. Strong written and verbal English for technical, executive, customer, and partner audiences.
