You will work in a high‑paced environment where quality, consistency, and speed of execution are essential.Key Responsibilities Develop and align communication for ai.hub across SharePoint, emails, slide decks, and internal channels Ensure all messaging supports the new global AI Upskilling & Adoption strategy Produce communication for both employee and leadership audiences Support the build-out of training programs for +40,000 global employees (slides, invitations, emails, follow-up flows) Create and refine communication for Leadership Training programs Contribute to rollout plans for global AI initiatives Develop communication concepts and activation materials for the Ambassador Network Work closely with SharePoint and graphic design consultants to ensure consistent tone, structure, and visual branding Translate complex AI topics into simple, motivational, and actionable messages Required Experience & Skills 7+ years of experience in internal communications, change communication, or strategic communication Strong experience creating content across SharePoint, email channels, PowerPoint, and intranet platforms Proven ability to communicate complex or technical topics in a simple, engaging, and accessible way Experience in large corporate or global matrix organisations Strong execution skills — able to move from brief to high-quality output quickly Excellent English writing skills with a clean, clear, corporate tone High AI literacy and strong interest in AI‑driven transformation Experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating corporate approvals Nice to have Pharma experience Experience with large-scale training or upskilling initiatives Familiarity with visual communication and brand alignment Location: Greater Copenhagen (Hybrid) Start: ASAP Duration: 3 months Onsite/remote: min 3 days onsite per week

emagine is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with project management experience to drive momentum and progress within our client’s multifactor authentication (MFA) project. This role involves acting as the technical driver to investigate, troubleshoot, mitigate blockers, and find solutions for anticipated and unforeseen issues during implementation and roll out of Windors Hello for Business (WHfB), while continuing the onboarding of the client’s employees to MFA. Main responsibilities Act as the technical driver to address issues related to the implementation and rollout of Windows Hello for Business (WHfB) Investigate and troubleshoot issues during project execution Mitigate blockers and propose solutions to unforeseen challenges Ensure responsible management of end-to-end solutions within the designated area Collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders Maintain communication with project members and management.
