Konsulentens primære opgave inkluderer bidrag til TAK-rul (Tværgående Agilt Kravdesign) baseret på AS-IS analyser og indebærer tæt samarbejde med både teamet og forretningen. Det er vigtigt, at vores kandidater har erfaring med procesanalyse, kravspecifikation og har evnen til at facilitere workshops.Primære Ansvarsområder Designe procesforløb for dataindsamling og problemforståelse. Analysere forretningens behov og krav. Udarbejde forretningsmodeller og processer. Udarbejde systemmodeller i samarbejde med IT-sporet. Sikre dataindsamling og analyse. Deltage i TAK-workshops 2-3 gange ugentligt. Facilitere workshop og møder samt kommunikere løsninger til teamet. Afdække kliniske behov til LIMS-patologisystemet. Nøglekrav Erfaring fra den offentlige sektor på min. 2 år Solid og relevant erfaring med analyse, procesanalyse og procesoptimering. Min. 4 års erfaring med at facilitere workshops med tværfaglige teams. Stærke præsentations- og formidlingsevner på dansk, både skriftligt og mundtligt. Evne til at omdanne komplekse forretningsinput til strukturerede beslutningsoplæg. Relevant erfaring indenfor sundhedssektoren foretrækkes. Nice to Have Indgående kendskab til Patologi eller diagnostiske laboratorieområder. Erfaring med udarbejdelse af kravspecifikationer konkret indenfor sundhedssektoren. Andre Detaljer Stillingerne er i en midlertidig periode fra januar til september 2026. Der vil være tæt samarbejde med IT-teamet og deltagelse i workshops i et agilt miljø. Mulighed for remote arbejde kan være tilstede, og interaktion med kliniske eksperter er en vigtig del af rollen.

You will join a dedicated core team supporting a global production IT platform. This is a hands-on onsite role in a live operational setup. You will analyse and replace production PCs as part of a structured Windows upgrade programme, including hardware preparation, coordination with production and software stakeholders, and execution of the final replacement.
