Purpose and Context Ensure a cross-functional test strategy and execution plan. Role Scope The consultant will be responsible for test strategy, planning, reporting, and proactively resolving or escalating issues related to testing. Responsibilities include: •Establishing the test strategy and test plans. •Coordinating testing across teams and systems. •Ensuring test data availability and test environment readiness (coordination role). •Managing stakeholders and providing reporting, including collaborating with the initiative owner to prepare executive-level reporting for the steering committee. •Execution of cross-functional testing (if required) Required Competencies and Experience Proven experience with: •Test management in complex integration environments. •Azure DevOps. •Agile methodologies, we use the Spotify model . •The insurance and/or financial services domain. •Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, supported by relevant hands-on experience in the above areas. The assignment focuses on investigations, architectural analysis and solution design needed to integrate claims-related capabilities into the client’s architecture landscape. This is a role for a senior architect who can quickly understand a complex insurance landscape, structure unclear questions, work with several stakeholder groups and document practical architectural recommendations. The consultant will support delivery needs while helping ensure that decisions remain aligned with long-term Claims architecture direction. About the role Claims is a business-critical area. Integration work requires architectural clarity across claims systems, frontliner tools, digital channels, core insurance capabilities, data and integration platforms. The consultant will help analyze options, identify dependencies, clarify architectural consequences, and support design decisions related to the integration. The assignment may involve both current-state discovery and future-state solution design.
