The team builds and maintains tools used to forecast, review, and manage demands for the client's Operations & Maintenance. Users span commercial, technical, and execution teams across the organisation. The consultant will work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, a Product Owner, a Data Scientist, and a QA engineer — collaborating across locations in Denmark and Malaysia. Day-to-day work includes delivering sprint increments, conducting code reviews, identifying technical debt, and participating in usability testing. The right consultant brings 7–10 years of hands-on experience with Angular and .NET, is comfortable engaging directly with a Product Owner and end users, and has a genuine interest in improving the products they work on. On behalf of a private sector client, we are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead the OCM effort across a major strategic programme. The programme spans 23 individual projects and touches the entire organisation. The consultant will own the end-to-end OCM strategy: stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness tracking, and mitigation of OCM risks. This includes designing and executing both a communications plan and a training strategy, building change networks and communities of practice across the programme, and working directly with project teams to ensure change deliverables are delivered on time and to standard. The consultant will also prepare governance artefacts for Steering Committees and the PMO, and measure adoption and proficiency throughout the programme lifecycle. The right consultant brings a strong track record from complex, multi-project programmes and knows how to translate strategy into concrete, practical change deliverables. Confident stakeholder management, clear communication, and the ability to coach project teams without taking over are key. Experience working in close collaboration with internal communications functions is a plus. The project involves migrating core databases from Oracle to PostgreSQL as part of a broader effort to modernise the client's engineering application ecosystem. The consultant will take technical ownership of the migration — refactoring database structures, stored procedures, triggers, and procedural logic, while also adapting .NET-based application layers for PostgreSQL compatibility. Alongside the database work, the role includes migrating legacy reporting solutions from Crystal Reports and SAP BusinessObjects to Power BI, and building automation tooling to streamline schema conversions and data validation.
