Description: - Manage end-to-end planning and delivery governance for Keystone B2 track - Develop and maintain plans connecting scope, timelines, dependencies, & resource needs. - Orchestrate cross-team delivery to ensure required technical prerequisites and shared services, and financial inputs are available when needed. - Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making by facilitating planning workshops, design checkpoints, and go/no-go forums with clear documentation and follow-up. - Partner closely with Program Manager, Work stream owner, OCM/Communications Lead to align delivery execution, technical direction, and change/adoption activities. - Prepare material for Steer Co´s and facilitate Steer Co meetings. Location: Gentofte, minimum 2 days onsite Workload: 100% Start: 29.06.2026 Duration: 25.06.2027 Language: English Your qualifications We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies: - 8+ years of Management consulting management experience, with 3–6+ years delivering multi-workstream IT initiatives in enterprise settings in regulated industries / utilities. - Proven track record leading large transformation programs in regulated sectors / industries - Experience leading or coordinating matrixed technical teams. - Strong governance and delivery discipline, status reporting, and ability to translate initiatives into monetary value. - Comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across IT and business units, including Senior Leadership level, and the ability to influence without formal authority. - Proficiency with common PMO and collaboration and data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent); ability to tailor artifacts for different audiences. Strong analytics capabilities. - Ability to develop SteerCo material with strong focus on clear and concise communication. - 37 hours per week with options to additional 8 hours a week.
