Job Description The Team is working with rawdata management systems in pharmaceutical industry. Capturing files and data streams from instruments and bringing them from the instruments into cloud solutions where the laboratory users and data scientists can access the data for further processing. The main product in the scope of the team is from TetraScience. We are looking for a software engineer with a focus on devops. The role is to help small team to maintain a set of applications and develop a new functionality. We would like to see the following skills in a perfect candidate: Mandatory skills (high level of competencies required) C# (Asp.Net, Blazor) CI/CD (Github actions) Containerization and infrastructure as code (Docker and k8s) Cloud engineering (AWS, and we also use Azure a bit, mainly for the Authentication) Experience in setting up the monitoring (We have Application Health Monitoring on our roadmap, and will need to gather all the needed metrics for that) Optional skills OpenSearch/Elasticsearch experience Competency in Python and TypeScript Experience with Tetra Scientific Data and AI Platform We have a set of tools/dashboard written in those languages, and we are constantly updating and creating new ones. We are looking for an IT Responsible — HAC Cold Storage (FAT/SAT Pre-requisites) for our client in the pharma industry Role Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Responsible to support the HAC Warehouse Cold Storage project during the critical pre-FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and pre-SAT (Site Acceptance Test) phase. The IT Responsible will lead IT-specific compliance and assurance activities required to progress to FAT and SAT, with primary responsibility for completion and sign-off of IT deliverables including the IT Risk Assessment (ITRA), Design Qualification (DQ) review and signature, and Validation Plan (VPL) review and signature. The role requires specific client IT Responsible training certification. Key Responsibilities Lead scoping and creation of the IT Risk Assessment (ITRA) Collaborate with project subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather inputs and define ITRA scope Identify IT assets, interfaces, risk scenarios and risk mitigation measures relevant to Cold Storage systems Produce and maintain the ITRA document in line with Novo Nordisk standards and timelines Update and finalise ITRA to enable scheduling of FAT and SAT Complete the ITRA within project deadlines Drive consultations and workshops with stakeholders to ensure timely completion Ensure the ITRA is traceable, auditable, and aligned with validation and quality requirements Review and sign-off IT-related validation documents Review Design Qualification (DQ) for IT impacts and provide formal IT Responsible signature Review and sign the Validation Plan (VPL) from an IT perspective Ensure all IT-related requirements, risk controls and test strategies are reflected in DQ and VPL Stakeholder engagement and coordination Work closely with project SMEs (controls, automation, facilities, quality, suppliers) to ensure IT requirements are captured and addressed Liaise with suppliers and vendors to clarify IT interfaces and responsibilities Provide input to scheduling for FAT and SAT based on IT readiness Compliance, documentation and traceability Ensure all IT deliverables meet the client's policies, validation and GMP requirements Maintain clear records of reviews, decisions and signatures for audit readiness Required qualifications and experience Client specific IT Responsible training certification (mandatory) Proven experience as IT Responsible, IT owner, or equivalent role supporting validation activities in regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, food) Experience preparing or reviewing ITRA / IT risk assessments and validation documentation (DQ, VPL, IQ/OQ/PQ experience desirable) Strong understanding of IT architecture for industrial/automation environments (networking, PLC/SCADA interfaces, servers, endpoints, backup, cybersecurity) Familiarity with FAT and SAT processes and requirements Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills Attention to detail and strong documentation skills Desired Experience working with cold storage or warehouse automation systems Knowledge of GxP, GDPR and cybersecurity best practices for industrial systems Working conditions and timeframe Expected to commence scoping and ITRA activities as soon as possible FAT/SAT dates are to be scheduled and are dependent on ITRA finalisation Start date: 01-12-2025 End date: 31-05-2026 Location: Gentofte, Denmark For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,9%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
