Lokation: KøbenhavnOur client in the Infrastructure Industry is looking for an experienced Strategy & Operating Model Consultant with focus on developing a comprehensive strategy, target operating model, and roadmap for a delivery covering the period from 2026 to 2030. The objective is to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline delivery performance, and establish a scalable cost structure through standardisation, automation, and intelligent systems integration. Main Responsibilities Assess the current delivery model and performance baseline. Identify key customer pain points, cost drivers, and delivery bottlenecks. Define the strategic ambition and measurable 2030 objectives. Develop a prioritised portfolio of strategic initiatives. Develop a Target Operating Model for the delivery. Define the future governance model, roles, and responsibilities. Identify opportunities for standardisation, automation, and AI enablement. Develop a scalable and variable delivery capacity model. Define forecasting principles, KPI framework, and drill-down reporting requirements. Provide a detailed roadmap for 2026–2030, including quick wins. Key Requirements Experience from similar projects / deliveries Extensive experience in strategy development and operational improvement. Strong analytical skills demonstrated by performance assessments and benchmarking. Proficient in creating governance structures and defining roles. Expertise in identifying customer pain points and operational bottlenecks. Familiarity with automation, AI tools, and data-driven decision-making. Proven capability in developing KPI frameworks and performance management tools. Excellent presentation skills for executive-level material and decision-making.
